    20+ Years of Human Centered Design

    Leading the update of Legacy Systems, and the Design of New Systems. I have led AI and Technology advances across Federal, State, and Local organizations.

    Federal Data and Systems Impact

    I have applied experience across six federal agencies, including two Federal Chief Data Offices, where I led foundational initiatives. At GSA’s Center of Excellence, I led the Innovation Adoption Community of Practice, a cross-agency federal community of more than 5,000 federal employees focused on advancing modernization best practices across federal agencies.
